Santa Barbara County VOAD is dedicated to improving outcomes for county residents affected by disasters by fostering “the Four C’s”—cooperation, communication, coordination, and collaboration—among nonprofit organizations, community-based organizations, government agencies, and for-profit companies that are active in disasters.

The SBC VOAD site was originally hosted on Wild Apricot, a platform designed to handle membership-based sites. Unfortunately, it was too difficult to maintain and the site was mobile hostile. Inlineos ported the site content to WordPress using Bootstrap 4, developed a sunnier palate based on the VOAD logo color, and added timely content and events.
